We are former Black College Presidents/Chancellors and Alumni who are passionate and committed to the welfare of the Black College Community and the development of minority leaders. We use our combined experiences in higher education and search to partner with schools to build highly effective and functioning leadership through increasing the quality of talent acquisition and developing strategic leaders.

Our Beginnings

TM2 Education Search is the brainchild of former Black College Presidents/Chancellors and Alumni who have now dedicated themselves to building the capacity of our Black College Community by helping to identify and build the next generation of leaders.

What We Do

We collaborate with leaders to plan and implement talent management strategies that aim to deliver results and exceed expectations. We provide retained search and leadership development services designed to help build and develop sustainable leadership and boards.

Executive Search

Our real-world higher education experience and relationships give us a unique perspective in understanding the challenges and significance of the search committees and campus constituencies.

Leadership Development and Coaching

We deliver objective, candid feedback and recommendations on an individual’s leadership capabilities. We design leadership development programs that are customized to your unique institutional needs.

Vastly different than the majority of the search industry, whose primary goal is to provide only search services, TM2 Education Search was founded by a non-profit. Search Methodology

We initiate a customized and comprehensive search process for the specific requirements and needs of the institution. The knowledge and expertise of our principal consultants will provide a strong foundation in engaging and guiding the search committee to produce a successful result.
