TM2 is a non-profit established to address a growing need for highly prepared and motivated minority leaders. We achieve this by leveraging our combined experiences in public and private sectors to partner with companies, agencies, organizations and higher education institutions, to build minority capacity and highly effective leaders through talent acquisition, development, coaching and mentoring.

About Us

Our Beginnings

TM2 Executive Search is the brainchild of former HBCU Presidents and minority leaders who have now dedicated themselves to building capacity by identifying and developing the next generation of minority leaders, with an initial focus on the Black College Community.

The Mission

To identify, match and support minority leaders and assist them in reaching their full leadership capacity.

To be the number one provider of diverse talent and serve as a pipeline for minority capacity.

What We Do

We collaborate with our clients to plan and implement talent management strategies that aim to deliver results and exceed expectations. We provide search and leadership development services designed to help build and develop sustainable leadership and minority capacity.

Executive Search

We provide search services designed to build a pipeline of minority leadership. Our real-world experience and relationships give us a unique perspective in understanding the challenges and significance of building a diverse workplace.

Leadership Development and Coaching

Our Advisors engage candidates in our leadership development and coaching program. This program is designed to assist in navigating careers and reaching their full leadership capabilities. The program uses Gallup assessments and “one-on-one” mentoring to create a solid foundation for success.

Our success is not defined in a roster of completed searches, but rather by the quality and development of the leaders. Vastly different from the majority of the search industry whose primary goal is to provide only search services, we are passionate and committed to the continued success and development of minority leaders after the search.

We initiate a customized and comprehensive search process for the specific requirements and needs of the institution. The knowledge and expertise of our principal consultants will provide a strong foundation in engaging and guiding the search committee to produce a successful result.
